Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer SME with solid expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Python applications. The candidate will serve as a technical leader, providing architecture guidance, coding best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Python frameworks, API development, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps practices, and software design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Python applications.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Python development and related technologies.
Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks.
Define coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps, and QA teams.
Guide teams on Python architecture, framework selection, and technical problem-solving.




Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture, and client interactions.
