Role & responsibilities
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
Examine patients and take detailed medical history
Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and case sheets.
Attend OPD and IPD patients as per duty schedule.
Assist in emergency management and provide first aid within the scope of practice.
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment, prevention, and follow-up care.
Maintain infection prevention and control (IPC) practices.
Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare specialists.
