Position: Marketing Executive Location: Kochi, Kerala (Head Office, with travel to project sites and client locations) Industry: Interiors & Civil Works Modular Furniture & Interior Products

Key Responsibilities
Client & Architect Engagement
Meet with clients, architects, and consultants to promote company services.
Build solid relationships to secure recent projects in interiors and civil works.
Present design concepts, product offerings, and company portfolio to potential clients.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for interior projects.
Develop strategies to expand market presence in Ernakulam and Kerala.
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects.
Product Marketing
Promote modular furniture, interior products, and customized solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and architects.
Coordinate with factory and design teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to management for product development and pricing strategies.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and project negotiations.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Track project progress and client satisfaction post-sales.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industry.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for client and site meetings.
