Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses and academic programs.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about programs, admissions, fees, and schedules.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and walk-ins.
Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding the needs of prospective students.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission process is completed.
Update and maintain lead information in the CRM or database.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.




Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic/Educational Telecalling.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Positive attitude with solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
