We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team at BOT VFX (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline development and be able to lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing new technologies.

Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop scalable and efficient pipelines for data processing and visualization.
Lead a team of developers and engineers in building and deploying current features and functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for existing systems and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to pipeline development.




Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling techniques.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
