Extensive FIX onboarding experience: ideally in bank/broker and vendor (O/EMS, FIX) settings; across high-touch, PT and electronic (DMA/algo) flow types; with FIX-In and FIX-Out connectivity.
Subject matter expertise in the FIX Protocol (4.2, 4.4).
Robust understanding of, and ideally experience of implementing, O/EMS considerations and requirements for onboarding (e.g. third-party algo screen building and certification).
Knowledge of global equities onboarding and regional nuances/considerations (preferred).
Futures and Options onboarding experience (preferred).
Technical
Working knowledge of UNIX and XML
