Onboarding Executive:
Location: Chennai (Field-based)
What you’ll do:
Hit the Ground Running: Conduct daily field visits to discover and pitch to - high-potential restaurants.
Own the Deal: Meet with restaurant owners, pitch Swiggy's value proposition, and negotiate winning commission structures.
Drive Growth: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to get recent partners live on the platform.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Vendor Onboarding (Food-tech/Hospitality experience is a huge plus!).
Fluency in Tamil and English.
Excellent negotiation skills and a solid "bias for action."
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
