Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Junior Engineer Production to support daily manufacturing operations. The role focuses on achieving production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production plans and achieve output targets
Monitor and control shop floor activities (fabrication, machining, assembly)
Ensure adherence to process parameters and work instructions
Coordinate with quality team to ensure zero defect production
Maintain production reports, shift reports, and MIS data
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices
Minimize rejections, rework, and downtime
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and troubleshooting
Required Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, CNC, etc.)
Knowledge of production planning and control basics
Familiarity with lean manufacturing / 5S concepts
Ability to read engineering drawings
Valuable communication and team coordination skills
