We are a wealth management company looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to coordinate with clients throughout the documentation process. The role involves communicating with clients over phone and email, following up regularly, collecting and verifying documents digitally, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of documentation. This is a coordination and client servicing role with no sales targets or sales pressure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or operations
Excellent fluency in English is essential
Smart, qualified, and well-organized
Ability to handle clients politely and efficiently
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
