Role & responsibilities
Lead embedded firmware architecture, real-time software development, and end-to-end product delivery for embedded controllers across Industrial Automation, Smart Energy, IIoT, and Motor Control applications.
Own the complete firmware lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation, hardware bring-up, code reviews, debugging, validation, optimization, production release, firmware maintenance, and lifecycle support.
Design and optimize real-time firmware for high-performance motor control, power electronics, industrial communication, and safety-critical embedded applications.
Collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, QA, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Customers to deliver robust, scalable, and production-ready embedded products.
Drive software quality through coding standards, design reviews, static code analysis, unit testing, CI/CD, functional safety, cybersecurity, and Agile engineering practices.
Mentor engineering teams, evaluate emerging embedded technologies,



and define firmware architecture roadmaps aligned with future products and business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
12+ years of Embedded Firmware development experience with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead, Firmware Lead, or Software Architecture role.
Solid expertise in Embedded C/C++, RTOS, Motor Control, Industrial Automation, Smart Energy, IIoT, and Real-Time Embedded Systems.
Proven experience delivering production-grade embedded controllers for Industrial Automation, Power Electronics, Motor Drives, EV Charging, Smart Energy, or Industrial IoT applications.
Experience with semiconductor platforms such as TI C2000, STM32, NXP, Renesas, Infineon,Microchip, or similar microcontroller families is highly desirable.
