Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Teach core psychology concepts. This includes topics like human development, memory, mental health disorders, and psychological research methods.
Practical Work: Guide students through mandated experiments and case studies. Help them write their practical files for board exams.
Student Counseling: Provide a protected space for students to discuss emotional or personal issues. Act as an early-warning system to identify signs of anxiety or stress.
Assessments:



Create tests and track student progress. Share this information with school leaders and parents.
Workshops: Lead workshops on important topics like bullying, peer pressure, and time management.

Typical Requirements
Education: A Master’s Degree in Psychology (or Applied/Counseling/Clinical Psychology).
