Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Build solid relationships with colleges, universities, schools, corporate organizations, and education consultants.
Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Deans, and International Relations departments.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
Present company services and business proposals to prospective partners.
Negotiate partnership agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Organize education fairs, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business development plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills Required:
Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills.
Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business partnerships.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience:
3–7 years of experience in B2B Business Development.
Experience in the education industry or international education sector will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new institutional partnerships signed.
Monthly meetings with prospective clients.
Revenue generated through B2B partnerships.
Number of education fairs and institutional events organized.
Lead conversion ratio.
Client retention and satisfaction.
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
