Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs based on their educational and career goals. This is an inside sales and business development role where you will connect with students, understand their requirements, provide academic counseling, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, consultative selling, and relationship management while consistently achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings regarding courses and admission prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct cold calling, and generate interest among prospective students.
Build rapport with students, understand their academic needs, and recommend suitable programs.
Manage the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment, through effective inside sales and follow-ups.




Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in the CRM.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journey.
Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets through effective counseling and business development activities.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust interest in academic counseling, admissions, inside sales, lead conversion, business development, customer engagement, and relationship management.
Comfortable working in a target-based sales workplace.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
