Role & responsibilities
Verify contractor and vendor bills based on actual work executed at site, approved BOQs, work orders, and contract conditions.
Measure and certify quantities executed in coordination with the Project Execution and Quantity Survey teams.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely bill processing.
Identify prospects for improving billing accuracy, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
Process variation orders, extra item claims, escalation claims, and rate analysis as per contractual provisions.
