Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when required.
Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT team.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and other office applications.
Manage data entry, file management, printing, scanning, and document organization.
Assist in maintaining computer hardware inventory and software licenses.
Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems and ensure proper functioning.
Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company IT policies.
Provide basic technical support to users for hardware and software-related issues.
Support network connectivity and peripheral device setup under supervision.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for system maintenance, if required.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and information security practices.
Qualifications
ITI – Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Good typing speed and data entry skills.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work independently.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
