Role & responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate civil engineering activities for projects.
Prepare and review civil and structural designs before construction starts.
Check drawings, calculations, and documents submitted by consultants and contractors.
Work with other departments such as mechanical, electrical, and project teams.
Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
Track project progress and prepare reports.
Follow Indian and international standards, Factory Rules, and PESO requirements.
Support problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.

Preferred candidate profile:
Industrial civil and structural design
Chemical,fertilizer,oil&gas; plant project experience
EPC / EPCM / PMC project knowledge
AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar civil software
Project planning and coordination
Vendor and contractor management
Knowledge of safety, quality, and documentation control
