Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations of the Agriculture Division including production, marketing, and sales, HR , Making Budgets, Managing a Team
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Oversee production planning and execution ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Drive sales performance through solid channel management, dealer/distributor networks, and key account relationships.
Design and execute marketing strategies including product positioning, branding, and demand generation.
Identify and explore new market opportunities, geographies, and product segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
Ensure effective P&L; management with focus on profitability, cost control, and ROI.
Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across production, sales, and marketing.
Strengthen relationships with farmers, agri-institutions, government bodies, and stakeholders.




Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry norms in agriculture operations.
Drive innovation in products and processes aligned with evolving agri-market needs.

Key Skills:
Strong understanding of agriculture value chain (seeds, fertilizers, crop solutions, etc.)
Proven experience in sales & marketing leadership in agri sector
Expertise in production/operations management
Strong business acumen and P&L; management
Channel development & distribution network management
Market research and strategic planning
