9 plus years of experience in the field of Infrastructure & Administrationpreferably from BFIS or managing multilocation offices

Complaint Management for Admin & Infra services.
AMC of engineering asset mgmt., like AC, CCTV, FAS, NCM, FE, oven, fridge, etc.
AMC vendor performance mgmt.
Soft services mgmt. like housekeeping and security for PAN India locations.
Repair and maintenance in coordinating with vendors for BOQ, material supply etc.
Rate contract renewal in coordination with procurement and partners.
Property and landlord management, infra projects.
Timely clearance of invoices and release of PO.
Travel & accommodation management for region.
Vendor billing Certification & follow up till payment.
Coordination with HO team, Maintain and track MIS for admin and infra expense.
Aware of Employee Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Innovation.
Internal and external audit mgmt. related to administration and infrastructure.
Zone administration and compliance
Team management and supervision
Facilities management and maintenance
Logistics and supply chain coordination
