Managing the complete NONIT recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains.
Individual Contributor (IC) role.
Conducting cold calls,mapping, and headhunting exercises for niche and CXO-level roles.
Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.
Preferred candidate profile
Highly energetic qualified with excellent communication skills and proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Graduate /MBA with experience in end to end recruitment for Manufacturing industry,engineering,FMCG,FMCD,Real estae, Constructuin etc.
