KG Developers & Promoters is looking for a energetic and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) for our KG Impressions project at Maduravoyal. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the project site. The role involves welcoming walk-in customers, maintaining visitor records, coordinating with the Sales Team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to handover to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
Ensure every visitor receives a positive first impression of the project and the organization.
Register customer details accurately in the CRM/visitor register.
Track daily walk-in enquiries, appointments, and customer footfall.
Coordinate and assign customers to the respective Sales Managers.
Ensure customers are attended to promptly without unnecessary waiting.




Follow up with Sales Managers to update the status of customer visits.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in and enquiry reports.
Coordinate with the Marketing Head regarding customer footfall, campaign responses, and enquiry trends.
Assist in organizing project site visits, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure the reception and customer waiting area are neat, presentable, and stocked with brochures and marketing materials.
Answer customer queries politely and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Support the Sales and Marketing teams in achieving enquiry and conversion objectives.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Marketing Head.
