We are seeking a agile and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of BFSI hiring, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFCs, and Insurance.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified BFSI professionals.




Understand client and business hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience with a focus on BFSI hiring.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or FinTech roles.
