Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, with a strong command of LWC, Apex, Aura, and integrations. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and other business-critical modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
Build and optimize Apex Triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs following best practices
Work extensively on Sales Cloud configuration and customization including Opportunities, Accounts, Leads, and Forecasting
Implement and manage Territory Management (Enterprise Territory Management) to support sales org structures
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers




Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues in production and sandbox environments
Participate in deployment activities, release management, and setting management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework
Solid expertise in Apex triggers, classes, batch Apex, Queueable, and Future methods
Positive working knowledge of Sales Cloud including standard objects, processes, and automation
Experience with Territory Management / Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
Hands-on experience with REST API and/or SOAP API integrations both inbound and outbound
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
Experience with SOQL/SOSL query optimization
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), or Streaming API
Exposure to Experience Cloud or Service Cloud
Knowledge of Flows and Process Builder automation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
