Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Economics and Business Studies for Grades XI & XII.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning objectives.
Explain economic theories, business principles, entrepreneurship, finance, and management concepts using practical examples.
Prepare students for internal assessments, projects, practicals, and board examinations.
Assess students through assignments, tests, presentations, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor academic progress and maintain accurate student records.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Integrate technology and cutting-edge teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.




Conduct remedial classes and provide additional academic support where required.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
Participate in faculty meetings, career development programs, and school events.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom workplace.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree (M.Com/M.A. Economics/MBA or equivalent) in the relevant subject.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
CTET/TET qualification is an added advantage (if applicable).
