Role & responsibilities

TYPING : Accurately type dictated ultrasound and doppler reports. Print, scan and organize reports as required.

QUALITY CONTROL: Verify data and ensure reports are free from typing and formatting errors.

RECORD MANAGEMENT: Maintain and update patient records, physically and in software system. Also maintain PCPNDT records.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Assist in scheduling appointments, manage patient flow, general administrative and clerical work

Meet daily report turnaround timelines

Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.

Preferred candidate profile

Prefer female typist.

Graduate in any discipline.

Good typing speed and accuracy in english.

Robust understanding of diagnostic ultrasound reporting terminology.

Proficiency in MS word, Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to co mange multiple tasks.

Familiarity with SONOCARE software is a bonus
