We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Management Trainee. The candidate will support accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, audits, and MIS reporting in a rapid-paced EV manufacturing environment. The role involves active participation in audit activities as a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
Support accounts payable and receivable activities
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis reports for management
Compliance & Audit:
Support internal and statutory audit activities and coordination
Ensure timely completion of audit requirements and queries
Maintain proper financial documentation and audit-ready records
Support GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Reporting & Process Improvement:
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Assist in process improvement and finance automation initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements
Support ERP/SAP-related finance operations
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI
Should have done auditing during article ship
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a energetic and fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to manufacturing or automotive industry during article ship
Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
Interest in EV industry and startup environment
