Manage day-to-day operations of the US telecom voice process, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
Oversee call center operations, contact center operations, and customer support operations to meet SLA targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of quality standards.
