Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ability to source potential candidates on niche platforms.
Experience in working on Contract demands is must.
Able to understand IT technology, to be independent enough to search the candidates on portals, LinkedIn or any media.
Responsible for achieving a valuable conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Should have ability to deliver results in rapid paced & metrics driven workplace.
