Job Responsibilities:
Handle collection activities for tractor loan customers.
Follow up with overdue customers for EMI payments.
Visit customers in the field for recovery and relationship management.
Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Handle delinquent accounts and minimize overdue cases.
Required Skills:
Basic collection and recovery knowledge.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Field work handling experience.
Customer relationship management.
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in NBFC or banking collection profile preferred.
Candidate should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Local area knowledge will be an advantage
