Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate recovery officers, field staff, and collection agencies.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices.
Agency Coordination: Manage external recovery agencies, monitor performance, and enforce contractual obligations.
Performance Tracking: Analyze MIS reports, track KPIs, and present recovery performance to senior management.
Customer Engagement: Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and maintain qualified customer interactions.
Risk Mitigation: Identify high-risk accounts and implement preventive measures to minimize losses.
