Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete project execution from excavation to final handover.
Supervise and execute RCC works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Plan, inspect, and monitor shuttering and formwork activities.
Coordinate and allocate labour for effective site execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure working workplace on site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and maintain site records and reports.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines until successful handover.
