About the Role
Alwindor Glazing and Coating LLP is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business
growth across its range of premium building fa•ade and architectural products, including UPVC &
System Aluminium Doors and Windows, Glass Railings, Slim Partitions, Architectural Glass
Solutions, Fa•ade Systems, and other allied building products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers,
and channel partners.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
¢ Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
¢ Coordinate with design, estimation,



and operations teams for smooth project execution.
¢ Track sales opportunities, maintain CRM/MIS, and submit regular sales reports.
¢ Identify recent markets and business opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3 to 8 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Aluminium, UPVC, Glass, Facade
Architectural Products, Hardware, Construction, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
CTC:3.0 to 4.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives.
