Role & responsibilities
Manage receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch, and warehouse documentation.
Ensure proper handling of solar modules, inverters, cables, structures, transformers, and related materials.
Monitor inventory accuracy through ERP (SAP preferred) and regular stock audits.
Coordinate material dispatches and logistics for project sites.
Work closely with Procurement, Projects, Planning, Finance, Quality, and Site Teams.
Manage warehouse staff, contract labor, transporters, and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and warehouse SOPs.
Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, and stock reconciliation reports.
Support project sites through warehouse audits and material management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Certification/Diploma in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Gujarat-based candidate.
Experience in Solar EPC warehouse operations preferred.
Experience managing large warehouses and multiple project sites.
Willingness to travel across Gujarat and other project locations.
Solid leadership, integrity, and coordination skills.
