Role Overview
Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead production execution from India while coordinating with US plant operations. The role involves managing shop floor execution, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining alignment across both locations.
The candidate should have robust experience in manufacturing production (10+ years) and the ability to manage multi-location operations and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute production plans for India plant and support US plant operations.
Manage shop floor activities including manpower and machine utilization.
Ensure production output meets delivery commitments.
Coordinate with US teams for production planning and execution.
Monitor WIP, job progress, and production output.
Ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards.
Reduce downtime, wastage, and inefficiencies.
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams.
Drive productivity improvements across operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
