About the Role:
We are seeking a agile and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our field sales team in Hyderabad’s real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and leading small teams to achieve targets in property sales and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
Identify and acquire current clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate field sales executives to maximize performance.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to execute promotional campaigns and property launches.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6–9 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in property sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze real estate market trends and competitor strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories for client visits and site inspections.
