Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Drive sales of banking products and achieve business targets.
Acquire current customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.
8+ years of experience in branch banking, with team handling exposure.
Robust leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to achieve business goals and manage branch operations effectively.
