Job Description Site Supervisor (Mahanagar Gas Limited – Meter Installation Project)
Supervise plumbers and helpers during the installation of MGL PNG gas meters and GI pipeline work.
Allocate daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of assigned installations.
Conduct site inspections to verify installation feasibility and ensure compliance with MGL standards and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with customers, society representatives, and the project team to facilitate smooth execution of installation work.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment at the work site.
Maintain daily work reports, installation records, attendance, and progress updates.
Resolve in office issues and provide technical guidance to plumbers and helpers when required.
Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
