Position : Account Payable Bookkeeper (Invoicing & PO)

Job brief :

The Accounts Payable Bookkeeper is responsible for the productive management of both regular and electronic invoice processing, ensuring accurate handling of purchase order

(PO) and non-PO transactions. This role oversees the complete payment process and conducts thorough vendor reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Additionally, the

bookkeeper prepares detailed reports on capital expense reserves and manages utility billing processes, including timely follow-ups to ensure all obligations are met.

Responsibilities :
Perform day to day Invoices/Payable transactions, including verifying & recording accounts payable data & Invoices.
Check and perform PO/Non-PO by verifying the Price, Quantity and Delivery Status.
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accurately recorded, and investigate any discrepancies in invoices or payments as necessary.
Facilitate timely payment of invoices by issuing bill reminders and

communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers,



while performing

daily follow ups on all pending or incomplete invoices and orders.
Generate monthly reports for capital expense accrued.
Perform and complete all the Invoices/PO/Payment/Reconciliation within TOT .

Requirements and skills :
Bachelor Degree in commerce .
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles .
Demonstrated ability to calculate and post accurate payable entries with proper documentation, along with solid follow-up skills to ensure timely processing and avoid delays.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers .
Experienced in using web-based software and managing end-to-end invoice processing .
Proficiency in English with Communication Skills .
