As a Statutory Audit Manager youll lead end-to-end audit engagements, manage a growing team, and ensure financial statements meet the highest standards (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
What You’ll Do
Lead Engagements: Take ownership of multiple audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring we hit deadlines and budgets without compromising on quality.
Mentor & Manage: Supervise and coach a team of Associates and Senior Associates (team sizes typically range from 10 to 25+ members), helping them grow their technical and qualified skills.
Ensure Quality: Own the audit file. Ensure all documentation meets the firm’s rigorous quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Build Relationships: Act as the go-to contact for clients. Manage expectations,
handle escalations, and provide insights that help them improve their processes.
Grow the Business: Partner with our leadership to draft proposals and participate in business development conversations—helping us win exciting new work.
What You Bring to the Table
Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA), or ACCA (mandatory).
Experience: 6–12 years of progressive audit experience, ideally within a mid-to-large size public accounting firm.
Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of auditing standards (GAAS) and financial reporting frameworks (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
Soft Skills: Solid analytical and project management abilities. You’re a explicit communicator who thrives in client-facing situations.
