Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop UX design artifacts (e.g., user experience documentation and design rationale) to support alignment across teams.
Ensure design quality through reviews, iteration, and adherence to UX standards and usability best practices.

Skills Required:
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI/UX design
UX, User Experience, and UI/UX design experience
UX Design leadership and hands-on UX Designer execution
Ability to translate user needs into transparent UX design deliverables
Proficiency in Figma for creating and maintaining design assets

Valuable to Have:
Wireframe creation

Education: Degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
