Role & responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling
Develop integrated project schedules from engineering to commissioning.
Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Define project milestones and critical paths.
Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.

Project Monitoring & Control
Monitor project progress against approved baselines.
Track schedule performance using KPIs.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Update project schedules weekly/monthly.
Identify delays and prepare recovery plans.

Cost Control
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Track committed and actual costs.
Prepare cost forecasts and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Analyze cost variances.
Support budget approvals and financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
B Tech/BE with 10+ yrs of experience in Heavy Infra/Industrial Projects
Working experience on Primavera
