Travel Desk Executive – 2+ Years Experience | Hadapsar, Pune

Accurate Gauging and Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Travel Desk Executive to manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, customers, and management. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, travel desk operations, or administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely booking confirmations.
Coordinate visa, passport, and travel insurance requirements for international travel.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors to obtain the best rates and services.
Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests.
Maintain travel records, booking documents, invoices, and MIS reports.
Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies.




Support visitors and employees with accommodation and transportation arrangements.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism qualification preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Travel Desk, Corporate Travel, or Administration role.
Positive knowledge of domestic and international travel processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online travel booking portals.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple travel requests while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
