Job Responsibilities:
Source recent customers through branch referrals and open market.
Promote and sell banking products.
Explain product features and advantages to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Collect and verify customer documents for account opening and loan processing.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
