The Person will be responsible for;

Overall Indirect tax compliance under all applicable tax laws in India and Singapore.

Timely and smooth completion of GST Audit PAN basis.

Timely submission of reply to various notices & queries received under GST and Other Indirect tax law.

Providing in-house indirect tax advice to various business teams, liaising with the various

stakeholders within India.

Appearing/representing the company before the Indirect tax authorises on various matters.

Working closely with the tax head, internal finance team and external tax consultants.

Developing and evaluating GST and other indirect tax planning opportunities and strategies.

Developing operational implementation work plans supporting tax planning prospects.

Maintaining and communicating knowledge of past, present and potential future indirect tax

laws,



regulations, rulings, procedures, and court decisions.

Continues monitoring of applicability of various regulatory requirements.

Work with tech teams ensure adequate information is being recorded in the systems as may

be required for the purpose of Tax compliance, audit and litigation.

Handling various Audits like Statutory Audit, DGGI/DRI Investigation, Due Diligence

Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Vendor Managers team.

Preparation of Tax MIS.

Effective Team management & coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Chartered accountant.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Indirect Taxes (GST).
