Safety Training: Conduct mandatory safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular fire safety drills for all personnel.
Incident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for near-misses or accidents and execute immediate corrective actions.
Equipment Oversight: Inspect critical site operations including work at heights, scaffolding safety, electrical infrastructure, and lifting gear.
Compliance Control: Maintain comprehensive health and safety documentation, statutory registers, and audit-ready compliance reportRole & responsibilities
