Qualification:

Essential:

Regular Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.

Desirable:

Degree/Diploma/ Certification Course in Operation / General Management.

Experience:

Essential:

3 to 6 years of experience of Utility Maintenance activities in the manufacturing sector.

Desirable:

Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Utility Equipment in Project Stage

Experience in similar industry would be preferable.

Job Profile:
Ensure availability of Utility equipment as per desired / agreed level.
Adherence to and completion of Annual / periodic maintenance plan
Adherence to EHS norms and rules and ensure that all concerned technicians /vendors are also following the same.
Create timely work orders / purchase orders / material requisition to ensure timely availability of spares / material / services required to complete the maintenance plan as per desired timelines
Coordinate with Purchase department on clearing technical specifications and with Stores department for receipt of material and inspection.
Management Information Reports:




Daily progress status on shutdown/turnaround activities.
Shutdown/turnaround completion report and communicate to all relevant dept heads.
Daily observation report of maintenance activities
Monthly KPI report
Support maintenance lead/Area Head in managing maintenance masters.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools and 5S in work area
Ensure optimal consumption of spares and consumables without impacting equipment performance.

General:
Age 25- 30 years.
CTC - 3.6 LPA to 6.8 LPA approx.
Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
Notice Period - Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buy notice period, if required
