We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, present IT or EdTech solutions, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calling, networking, references, and online platforms.
Promote IT products, software solutions, and EdTech services to clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
Follow up with prospective clients and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutes, businesses, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and execution.
Maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-up data.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Identify new business prospects and market trends.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT products, software, or EdTech solutions.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and online platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Qualification
Graduate in any field preferred.
MBA / Marketing background will be an advantage.

Experience
Experience in IT sales, software sales, or EdTech sales preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills can also apply.

Job Nature
Full-time Role.
Field visits and online client meetings as per business requirements

Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
