What you'll work on:

OSP (Outside Plant) Understanding and supporting the design, planning, and documentation of physical telecom infrastructure like cables, poles, ducts, and conduits that connect networks outside a central office.

Fiber Optics — Learning the fundamentals of fiber cable types, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting to support high-speed data transmission networks.

GIS (Geographic Information System) — Using mapping and spatial data tools to plan network layouts, track infrastructure assets, and support field engineering decisions.





Telecom Fundamentals — Building core knowledge of telecom network architecture, protocols, and how end-to-end connectivity is delivered to customers.
