Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of AMC/CAMC contracts for VRV/VRF HVAC systems across assigned key accounts.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely service execution and contractual compliance.
Lead a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of maintenance activities.
Handle breakdown calls, technical troubleshooting, and ensure prompt resolution within agreed service levels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and address escalations proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, technical support, and resource planning.
Ensure accurate documentation, service reports, AMC records, and compliance with company processes.
Monitor AMC profitability, service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
Identify opportunities for AMC renewals, service upgrades,



retrofit projects, and value-added services.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
6+ years of experience in AMC execution, HVAC service operations, or maintenance of VRV/VRF systems.
Solid technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting.
Experience managing key accounts and customer relationships.
Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management/reporting tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, Carrier, or Blue Star.
Knowledge of BMS integration and HVAC automation systems.
Ability to manage multiple customer sites and field teams effectively.
