Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations issues and grievance resolution processes
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Advise managers on disciplinary processes and performance issues
Conduct workplace investigations in a fair and confidential manner
Develop and update employee relations policies
Partner with HR leadership on organisational culture initiatives

Required Skills:
Solid experience managing employee relations at scale
Solid understanding of labour law and statutory compliance
Excellent conflict-resolution and mediation skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

Valuable to Have:
Legal background or labour law certification
Experience in a unionised or manufacturing workplace
MBA in HR
