About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with robust expertise in Matrixx Online Charging System (OCS) to join our Telecom Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 5G Online Charging, Telecom Billing, OSS/BSS integration, and Matrixx product configuration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support next-generation telecom charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Matrixx Online Charging System (OCS) solutions.
Implement Online Charging solutions for 5G services and integrate with telecom network components.
Configure Matrixx product offers, balances, meters, pricing, bundles, catalogs, and notification services.
Work on OSS/BSS integration using DIAMETER and web service technologies.
Develop and support REST/SOAP-based integrations.
Perform configuration validation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business, product owners, QA, and operations teams for end-to-end solution delivery.




Lead technical discussions, perform code/configuration reviews, and mentor team members.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills
8+ years of Telecom Software Development experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Matrixx Online Charging System (OCS).
Strong experience in Telecom Billing & Charging.
Experience implementing 5G Online Charging solutions.
Knowledge of Telecom protocols such as DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, and SNMP.
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Strong Python and Shell Scripting skills.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, MongoDB, and Snowflake databases.
Experience with Datadog, Grafana, AWS, and CI/CD is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
